Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Damaged and short life

Purchased as a birthday present. The flowers, chocolates and champagne arrived in a beautiful box, when opened the roses around the outside of the bouquet were badly bruised and didn't recover in the vase. Over the next week the roses died off one by one and did not last long at all. The roses were kept in a room that was not subjected to heat. Great to look at, wonderful type of rose, but life span was poor, especially for the money spent. Overall very disappointed.
