Elasticated Waist Trousers
Yes, I recommend this
I bought these as my husband has Parkinson's & struggles with fine motor skills, such as undoing buttons. We have struggled to find elasticated waist trousers other than joggers & these are ideal. They are smart enough to wear out & are also comfortable & really easy for him. He really likes them & it has made his life so much easier

These are not trousers they are jogging bottoms. I bought them for my dad to wear to a funeral. They did the job as he had a rug on his lap but they were not what I expected.
