Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Beautiful -- both flowers and vases
The flowers were beautiful and long-lasting, and the small vases very striking. The product itself is great -- delivery over the Christmas period was dismal.

I think this is the best thing that I have ever bought from M and S. Beautifully packaged, vases are great quality and very attractive- I will use all year. The bouquet was great, plenty of stems for all the vases. I used as table decoration on Christmas day and then placed round the house. 8 days later the stems still look fab. Plus an unexpected bonus was the Kelly Hoppen candle. I tried to order more as gifts for friends but was sold out. Absolutely loved it

The vases are quite nice but the bouquet was sparse and the foliage / flowers died within 2 days. Certainly wouldn’t buy them again.

I thought this would be a lovely addition to my Christmas table. However I was a bit disappointed certainly not good value for money. All the vases were lovely but the flowers started to lose their leaves and flowers within a day and looked quite sad. I regularly buy M & S flowers so I was surprised that they did not last. Will try using some dried flowers which maybe more successful.

I thought the flowers were lovely ,,,But sorry to say the vases were not nice I would never have bought them for a gift they’re too small look ridiculous and I’d like to return them
