I'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts - I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and won't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather (i don't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10 - I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. When they go on sale I'll buy even more hehe

Love the cut of this shirt. I’ve worn it during a cardio based workout so far and it provided great mobility and is super comfortable. I’ve worn it during an arm day workout (usually wear tank tops when lifting weights) and also felt no restrictions. I’ve worn it as a casual shirt out and about and actually received to comments on how much people liked it. Very subtle design. I’ve actually gone back and purchased every color they had in my size. And the two colors they don’t have in my size I’ll be on the lookout for.
