Fossil Minimalist Black Stainless Steel Watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How nice it is to have a strap watch that is also metal and looks decent too! The trouble with having to get links removed etc, I am always keen to see how strap watches fair, this Fossil one is the perfect combo of smart, style and practicality. I will admit, I struggled to adjust the strap at first (I wasn’t sure how) but a simple google search, I found a video from fossil explaining just how easy it is to do! A brilliant watch that I am glad I have had the opportunity to own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A real nice and watch that looks much more expensive then it actually is. Just had this on a night out and was asked multiple times about it. It works perfect when I was wearing it with a full suit in the office, then transitioning to smart casual for bar in evening, then onto just T-shirt and chinos on casual weekend, it really goes with everything. The packaging itself does feel slightly more artsy then I would imagine for a classy looking piece, but I imagine its used for plenty of products and it is very sturdy so a non-issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a gorgeous weighty watch from Fossil that looks far more expensive than its cost. It fits well and really does help finish a great outfit as well as being an efficient time piece. The only negatives I would say would be to do with the complete lack of instructions regarding changing the watch band. Come on Fossil you must do better with this. I finally found them via the internet but tbh I shouldn’t need to with a quality timepiece. I would highly recommend though and I’m loving wearing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's start with some of the negatives and then build on to the positives. The main negative I have of the watch was that it was a little bit difficult to adjust the watch strap, so I went to a watch specialist to get this adjusted. I also got a watch face screen protector put on at the same time, to prevent any ghastly scratches. Another negative is the little instructions book in various languages - it could have had a larger type font - as some others with visual impairments may not be able to read the instructions without a magnifying glass or zoom camera facility. Now, the positives to the watch, it's colour combinations, packaging was really nice and the watch itself came in a quirky and exciting box - and the watch itself is made from solid quality materials and not cheap plastic like other watches are made of. The actual parcel box was just the right size, as to not waste too much cardboard on the packaging. The instructions were easy to follow to set the watch functions including the date and time settings and also the chronograph functionality of the watch. In terms of cost, it is quite reasonable for a chronograph functionality watch. Having used the watch for a little while, I can see that it would be worth this, but, it does auto-wind the clock face based on wrist position, so if the watch isn't used for a few days, then there is the possibility that the watch may stop or reduce the speed of it's winding, which would mean needing to reset the watch. Overall, I'd give the watch a 4.5 rating out of 5 stars - so this is closer to Excellent than Good - thus rated 5 stars on this review. Hope this review helps others who may be considering to purchase this watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the case the watch arrived it, it's so modern and reusable! The watch is really nice to look at and good at time keeping! Took a while to fathom out how to open and close the clasp so I did have to watch a video on how to do it and also how to alter the strap which is actually really easy to do! The watch itself isn't to heavy like others I have worn in the past and looks very smart on. I like the sleek black design of the watch and think it would look very nice for both casual outfits and more dressed up outfits alike. I've had many complements about the watch from friends and family.

When you take it in hand you feel it's heavy, it's made from good materials, not plastic! Black colour is amazing, you can wear for any occasion. For work, for day out, anywhere... Chronograph work's very well, easy to start, stop and reset. Belt adjustment is very easy. Really recommended Fossil to anyone who loves great quality watches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch has the look of a chronograph with the style of an evening timepiece. You can wear it all day and all of the night if you wish. If there is one critisim its the lack of a 'day' indicator to go with the 'date' otherwise its a great watch. I may buy one for my eldest son so that he has one watch for every occasion . It isn't too heavy like many chronongraphs and sits nicely on the wrist. It has a unsual clasp that takes a bit of getting used to but it seems sturdy enough for everyday use. I am not sure how you get the instructions into the presentation tin if this was a gift for someone but that is a minor detail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My watch, at first looks very good. It has a sleek back design and comes in an typical fossil box. It is relatively easy to use, once set up. It looks good with most outfits. However, there are some drawbacks for me, primarily around setting up the product and the box isn't a functional storage space. It is not as well presented as other makers products and the watch also is quite small, not as big a face as I was expecting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this watch! the design is very nice and i really like the black color which goes with any color you wear. the material is durable and pleasant to the touch, it is very comfortable plus the water resistant case: 5 ATM. it's everything you want from a watch. my friends complimented me that I have a very nice watch with a more special design than other watches. the watch comes in a very beautiful and useful metal box, if you want to take the watch on a trip you can put it in the box the watch came with to protect it from scratches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by no doubt the stylist watch I have. It has a military black ops type vibe. Its minimalist and is so comfortable. What I did like is the weight, its a steel watch and you know you have it on... its not maide of plastic ! Teh settign of the second hand and stop watch all are traditional and you will get on with it so well buy one and join in Great watch - nice weight and very rugged
