The product I ordered was fantastic, however my experience ordering it was not. I heard that on the morning show someone said that M &S would shut down their web site and I absolutely said no, but that seemed exactly what had happened and you proved these people right. Such a shame

A stunning bag, very fun and attractive design. Roomy with a nice internal pocket and the length of the strap is perfect for wearing either over one shoulder or in the cross body style. The build quality is great and it feels sturdy and strong, with the applique front details fixed well. The clasp is small but strong. Ideal for a party or night out or in the day for the essentials. Overall an amazing bag its just a shame it doesnt fasten with a zip inside to improve security - such a big consideration these days.
