Denim Kimono Jacket

Purchased size 6, normal size 8-10. Absolutely enormous, shoulders almost at elbows, all over too big! M&S seem to have big problems with their sizing frequently reported on reviews but they don’t seem to take any notice!!

Very nice denim, seams look well stitched (there is no lining) and a nice length. The sleeves have a nice detail of stitched cuff, but as they are a little long, I will need to turn the cuff up and lose it. Looking at the M&S picture I now notice that the model has had to roll over the sleeve too. I was going to say that when larger sizes are made, the designer assumes our arms are level with our knees (usual problem) but if they can't get it right for a size 0 model, my size 24 has actually done rather well!

Useful jacket to throw on on top of all sorts of outfits. Good value. Like almost everything from M&S it's slightly shorter than I would like (I'm 5'7") but better than most things from there! I haven't washed it yet - sometimes that's when it can all go wrong with shape, size, look, feel and fit. But the fabric feels good enough quality to withstand repeated washing.

I love the style and thought the lightweight denim perfect for an English summer jacket. It’s casual enough for everyday and can be combined with smarter clothes for a more formal look. The sizes are all wrong, I am a 12 but even the size 8 is large for me. It’ll be fine with a jumper for spring but I hope it shrinks in the wash, ready for t-shirt weather. I saw it and tried on several sizes at Ken High St branch, and bought it on line. A white denim one would be nice, with correct size labels!!

On other recommendations I bought the smaller size and that is perfect.

It is just what i needed ideal to wear with any thing looks good with jeans also looks nice with a dress its perfect .

I wanted a jacket that wasn’t fitted and comfy to wear even over jumpers. This fits the bill.

This is the kind of denim jacket I’ve been coveting for a while. I took heed of the reviews and ordered a size down. I’m a 14 and a 12 was plenty big enough. I’m pleased with it.

Ideal jacket for the spring weather to come. For my age being a mature woman this style of denim is spot on. Material, style and colour just right as is the size which is true

Having had a first choice returned at Xmas because 14 was too small. This worked well.

I ordered a 14 and a 12 for size. They were both enormous and surprisingly the 12 was the larger! M and S time to sort your sizing. Most things I have to order 2 sizes.
