Great skirt.. sadly with a misleading description
No, I don't recommend this
Disappointingly this skirt is not cotton rich (29% cotton) nor does it have an elasticated waistband as described. I chose this item because it would be a more sustainable option containing less synthetic fibres. However it is attractive & a good fit.
