Been buying this at Christmas for years. This year the texture was grainy and very little fruit and lots of jelly. Just dreadful.

We’ve ordered the Panna Cotta for years but this year has been a great disappointment Previously the jelly used to be filled with raspberries and good flavour. Hardly any raspberries in the jelly and the flavour was very artificial. The Panna Cotta seems to have curdled slightly at the bottom. Before there used to be a vanilla pod in there but again artificial tasting. Not worth the money at all. We won’t be buying it again.

Really disappointed with this panda cotta this year. Very sweet and sickly. The texture of the panna cotta wasn’t right and seemed to have curdled slightly. Definitely not worth the money. Previous years the dessert has been wonderful.

So disappointed this year. Having bought this dessert at christmas for many years I was a big fan, this year the dessert curdled and turned to mush on christmas day and had to be thrown away.

We have had the M and S Christmas Pannacotta for quite a few years and look forward to it This year it is more like a very sweet white chocolate mousse Not very nice and nothing like a pannacotta consistancy Why change what isn’t broken ? Won’t be having again

I have to echo the other negative reviews of the Panna Cotta. We have purchased one over the past few years but this was nowhere near the same quality. It was sickly sweet and also much smaller than previous years and I struggle to see how there is 10 portions.

We have bought this every year and was so looking forward to having it this year, but the change to the recipe was disappointing. The Panna Cotta itself was sickly sweet and watery. The raspberry topping mushy and a touch too tart. Please bring back the original recipe.

We’ve have pre ordered this for Christmas for the last few years . This year suddenly not available to pre order, and the choices that were on pre order were not appealing- chocolate, chocolate or nothing! Saw the raspberry and white chocolate one in store but not a fan. The texture was not up to the normal standard, slightly grainy, and taste wise it was sickly. Not a fan at all, and I can honestly say I have never spent so little on an M&S Christmas pre order. Very disappointed this year.

Have bought this dessert for years so lovely and light after the excesses of Christmas. Why have you taken it off? Sadly this Christmas there were no desserts that were its equal. There’s a lack of choice unless you want chocolate with everything. Come on M&S wake up and realise what your customers buy each year BRING BACK THE PANNA COTTA!

I've had quite a few panna cottas in my time, this one unfortunately didn't compete with most of them! Couldn't taste any white chocolate, texture was a bit weird and too soft. The raspberry didn't really match the dish and again had a strange texture. wouldn't buy again nor recommend.
