I ordered a stuffed turkey crown for Christmas 2024 and was forced to add the hand crafted sausage roll wreath to achieve a minimum order value. I paid £50 deposit plus £5 upon collection for a stuffed turkey crown and sausage wreath, the turkey crown was £45. The turkey crown was very overpriced and nothing special to justify the cost, friends purchased stuffed turkey crowns elsewhere much cheaper and the sausage wreath was flavourless. M&S used to be the benchmark against which every other food supplier was judged. Extremely disappointed and heartbroken to say you have definitely lost your reputation and trustworthiness.
