Our side of RSPCA Assured Scottish salmon is traditionally smoked over oak and dressed with a slice of oak-smoked salmon that has been expertly hand-brushed with beetroot. It’s then topped with cream cheese, dill, Honduran king prawns and pink peppercorns.
