Celebrate Mother’s Day with a relaxed afternoon full of cake, tea and a cocktail or two. To make it extra special, take inspiration from our Mama Mia rose bouquet to create an afternoon tea with a floral flourish. Our flower festival cake, available via our online Food to Order service, makes a wow-worthy centrepiece, with its layers of vanilla sponge and pretty hand-piped floral decoration. Alongside, whip up cheat’s pavlovas with our mini meringue nests (find them in store) topped with whipped cream, raspberries and pistachios. As well as the traditional English Breakfast tea, serve a rosy gin cocktail, made by blitzing roasted rhubarb until it’s a smooth purée, then topping up with our rose colour-changing gin (available in store) and tonic water.
