Ultimate roast beef sandwich
If you’re looking to upgrade your lunch, or pack a perfect picnic, this sandwich is a real winner. It’s easy to assemble and bursting with flavour
Ingredients
- 1 pack Collection rare roasted topside of beef
- 4 slices Collection signature sourdough (toasted, if you like)
- 6 slices M&S Cornish Cruncher cheddar
- 2 tbsp M&S posh dog mustard
- 2 handfuls rocket
- 2 tbsp M&S pickled red onions
- Collection black truffle and olive oil crisps, to serve
Method
- Spread the mustard onto the sourdough slices.
- Make two sandwiches by layering up the rocket, beef slices, cheddar slices and pink onions.
- If you’d like to toast your sandwich, put it under the grill or into a sandwich toaster for a few minutes until the cheese has melted. Serve with the crisps.
