Raspberry bellini
Fruity, fizzy and seriously celebratory, this pink drink makes an impressive aperitif
Ingredients
- 250ml Distilled 5-times-distilled British raspberry vodka
- 2 tsp M&S raspberry coulis
- 200ml M&S prosecco rosé, chilled
- Raspberries skewered on a cocktail stick, to garnish
Method
- Add the vodka and coulis to a champagne flute.
- Top up with the prosecco and garnish with the raspberries.
