A ‘sessionable’, longer version of a Margarita, this spicy Beerita cocktail recipe is just the thing to sip over sunny afternoons spent in the garden or to enjoy with friends while you watch the game. step 1
Add the lime and lemon soda (500 ml), sparkling water (250 ml) and lager (1 tin) to a large pitcher. Stir in the tequila (250 ml). Taste to check you’re happy with the balance of flavours.
step 2
To serve, pour the Tajin (3 tbsp) onto a plate. Run a lime wedge (2) around the edge of 6 high ball glasses, then dip each into the Tajin. Fill the glasses with ice (as needed) and pour over the beerita mix. Serve with an extra lime wedge, if you like.
