step 1
Preheat the grill to medium high and line a baking tray with aluminium foil.
step 2
Mix the yogurt (6 tbsp) and tikka masala seasoning (2 tbsp) in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, then coat the cod loins (4) in the mixture. Place on the lined tray and grill for 10-12 minutes, until flaking and cooked through.
step 3
Meanwhile, make the salad. Combine the cucumber (1), tomatoes (300 g), red onion (1/2), lemon juice (1/2) and coriander (5 g) in a bowl. Season with salt and drizzle with a little neutral oil.
step 4
Pat the chickpeas (1 jar) dry with kitchen paper. Toss with the remaining tikka masala seasoning (1 tbsp). Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat and cook the chickpeas for 5-6 minutes, tossing occasionally, until crisp.
step 5
When the fish is almost ready, warm the naan breads (1 pack) under the grill for 1 minute.
step 6
Serve the fish with the naan breads, salad and crispy chickpeas, with mango chutney (as needed) on the side.
