Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Cook the pasta (320 g) in a pan of salted boiling water for 7 minutes (it should still have a bit of a bite) then drain, reserving half a cup of the pasta cooking water.

Add the drained pasta to a 24x24cm ovenproof dish and pour over the everything sauce (1 jar) along with 3 tbsp of cooking water from the pasta.

Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes (50 g) on top of the bake. Scatter over the cheddar (50 g) and tear over the mozzarella (1).

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and golden. Finish with some fresh basil (5 g) on top.
