Place the oats (200 g), carrot (1), apple (1), half the orange zest (1/2), raisins (2 tbsp), dates (1 tbsp), vanilla (1 tsp) and cinnamon (1 tsp) in a large bowl or tupperware and pour over the milk (400 ml) and stir to combine.
