Soak 8 bamboo skewers in water before using. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Line a large baking tray with foil.

In a large bowl, toss the diced chicken (4) with the hot honey sauce (1 1/2 tbsp) until evenly coated, then season with salt and pepper.

Thread the chicken, courgette (1), pepper (2), tomato (1 pack) and halloumi (1 pack) onto skewers alternately.

Add the skewers to the prepped baking tray. Drizzle or brush a little extra hot honey sauce over the skewers.

Cook the skewers in the oven for 15-18 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through.

Meanwhile, toss the salad leaves (1 bag) with the sliced tomatoes (1 pack) and a drizzle of the balsamic glaze (to taste).

When the kebabs have five minutes left, microwave the spicy rice (1 pack) for 3 ½ minutes, according to the pack instructions and toast the pittas (4).

Remove the skewers from the oven and serve on a plate with the salad, rice, pittas and a generous dollop of aioli (to taste).
