Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Add the haddock (1 pack) to the oven and cook for 18 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.

When the fish has 10 minutes left, add the asparagus (125 g) to a small ovenproof baking dish and toss with the lemon-infused olive oil (1 tbsp). Bake for 10 minutes, until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, cook the potatoes (385 g). Pierce the film and place on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on high for 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

Serve the haddock alongside the potatoes and asparagus.
