Wash the limes (2) and lemons (2) thoroughly under cold water. Trim the ends and cut into quarters.

Add the lime and lemon wedges to a high-powered blender with the condensed milk (4 tbsp), cordial (2 tbsp) and cold water (1 L). Blend until completely smooth – if your blender isn’t powerful enough, strain the mixture through a sieve or muslin cloth to remove any chunks.

Add to a cocktail shaker with the rum (100 ml), and plenty of ice (as needed).

Pour into four glasses of your choice and garnish with a sprig of mint (4 sprigs) for a refreshing drink.
