Preheat the oven to 160°C fan. Split open the M&S all-butter croissants (2) and M&S pain au chocolat (2) and lay on a baking tray. Tear off small pieces of the M&S Belgian chocolate chunk cookie dough (350 g) and use your fingers to flatten slightly Use to stuff the pastries, then close and lightly flatten before laying a few pieces on the top. Bake for 15 minutes.
