Heat the M&S extra virgin olive oil (1 tbsp) in a large saucepan and cook the M&S Oakham Gold chicken breast fillets (300 g) for 5 minutes, stirring, until golden all over.

Stir in the M&S mild korma sauce (1 jar) and simmer for 6-8 mins until the chicken is cooked through, adding a splash of water if it becomes too thick.

Meanwhile, cook the microwave basmati rice (1 pouch) according to pack instructions.

Spoon the rice into bowls and serve the curry on top.
