Method

Step 1
Cook the M&S haddock goujons (250 g) according to the packet instructions.
Step 2
Once cooked, arrange in iceberg lettuce cups (1) .
Step 3
Mix together the chipotle paste (5 g) and mayonnaise (45 g) and drizzle on top.
Step 4
Finish with fresh red onion (1/2) , chilli (1) and a squeeze of lime (1) .
