Cook spaghetti (320 g) according to the packet instructions in salted boiling water.

Toast the breadcrumbs (80 g) over a medium heat.

When the pasta is al dente, drain the water, reserving a good ladleful of pasta water.

In a saucepan over a low heat, add the anchovy paste (8), sundried tomato paste (1 jar), parsley (1 handful) and parmesan (1 handful) together with the spaghetti and mix together. Add enough pasta water to create a smooth and silky sauce.

Divide into four bowls and finish with the toasted breadcrumbs and more parmesan.
