quite possibly the skinniest ducks I've ever bought from anywhere. What meat there was was good, but there was precious little of it. Very disappointed.

This is the first whole duck I've bought in years. It was reasonably priced, easy to cook and delicious, particularly with Delia's dried cherry sauce. Our guests were impressed!

It is so sad I have to give a negative review as m and s online meat is normally fantastic and I order on a regular basis. This duck was terrible. Lots of fat, lots of bone and very little meat. The meat itself was grisly and therefore very chewy in fact we could not finish the duck as it was unpalatable. My husband does not mind fat on his meat but even he said this was excessive, We could not separate what little meat there was from the bone even though we followed the cooking instructions given and have also cooked duck on a regular basis. We will not be buying this again. It was not value for money, quality was not there, taste was not there and I definitely would not recommend it.
