Bouclé Chuck on Coat

Looked great in store and online, however looked awful on me. Obviously the style of the coat and I’m sure there are women out there who will look great - just not me!!

This coat in raspberry is lovely, my only criticism is that on a blustery day it could use a small button or hidden popper just to keep the warmth in. Love wearing this coat daily and it doesnt add bulk to my size 12 frame.

The shoulder seams on the arms were very badly sewn which made the quality of the coat look very cheap had to return it

Ordered a size up from normal based on reviews and found this was necessary. I am 5 9 usually size 10 so needed the 12. Lovely grey/blue colour nice to touch more heavy cardigan than coat, think this will be nice with jeans, this will be a spring or autumn wear, certainly not winter good price with 20% off.

Lovely coat in a gorgeous colour that fits most seasons of the year. Comfy to throw on and glam up with a scarf.

Casual coat but can easily be dressed up with nice scarf and gloves. Cosy and comfortable, versatile colour. Exactly what I was hoping for. Bought a size larger than normal to allow for sweater etc but does not look bulky

I purchased this coat with excitement but found it must have dropped shoulders as the arms were so short on me. I have broad shoulders and usually go for bigger size but this was ridiculously out of shape. Shoulders over ride and go on to upper arms and the arm length was even short at that. I knew immediately it was going back.

I really liked this coat but as I had bought it to wear in colder weather I felt it needed a button or something to do it up so I returned it for a refund.

A bit disappointed with this, was very excited until it arrived. Not a true grey, more mauve than grey. Fabric pretty see through, so not snuggly as I had hoped. Light weight, a bit too light in weight. Much more of a cardigan than a coat.

Sent for this as it looked nice in picture! Always take a size 8 wouldnt even meet in the middle. Needless to say would not bother sending for a larger size.

The fabric has a cuddly and comfy feel. The coat is comfortable to wear and the pockets are useful. It is an attractive and quite versatile colour. I bought a larger size than usual to give enough fabric to wrap around, as there are no fastenings, but a brooch can be useful on a breezy day.

I had one of the double-faced coats about 5 years ago and it was fantastic - people used to stop me in the street to ask where I got it. Eventually it went bobbly so this, in the coral colour, is an ideal replacement.Am usually a 12 or 14 but needed the 16 to get this to drape properly. I'm not bothered about lack of buttons as, especially with a single button on M&S coats, they are invariably too low. Really lovely fluid coat and gorgeous colour. More coats with raglan sleeves and an A line shape with an inverted pleat starting between the shoulder blades please. That's a classic that fits everyone and has instant style.

I have been looking at this style for a few weeks on women out and about so when I found this in M&S I was really happy. It is stylish, warm and cosy and a perfect length for me, comes just to my knees I am 5ft 6ins. Also I normally wear a size 12 but tried both a 12 and 14 and prefered the bigger size in this style for a better hug. Both colours are lovely but chose the grey as it is more practical. The coat really could have done with a button or popper of some sort, but as in some reviews I will probably fasten it with a brooch if the weather is a bit windy. I absolutely love this coat.

This is so versatile ! It’s how it’s described - need to go out - chuck it on ! Warm and cosy - I close mine with an ornamental brooch if it’s windy and I need both hands for shopping ! Otherwise it’s great - like a warm hug ! Totally great value for money - highly recommended ! Satisfied customer !
