To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

They were bought for our 80 th mothers birthday The weather was really hot and they were left on her doorstep with out them knocking because there was 2 people in all day and they didn’t knock . Luckily they were in water so she managed to revive them,

Amazing bouquet bought as a thank you gift. Really well boxed for delivery. Flowers were very fresh. Looked beautiful when I saw them two days later. Ordering difficult as there was a glitch in the M & S system but we got there in the end.

This is the worst flower delivery experience I have ever had. The flowers were sent for Mothers Day - so perhaps they thought I would not see them? I visited two days later and saw the bouquet in a vase. No white roses at all (a core element of the arrangement) . My mother said the bouquet was as delivered.
