these pants used to last for ages. More recently they go into holes within 6 months, usually next to the waist band.

The material and elastic was so thin and insubstantial I felt I could have bought better on a market stall. I have been buying M&S high leg high waist cotton knickers all my life but now neither the style or the quality are the same. Very disappointing.

Always buy these as they are usually a good fit and last ages without losing the elasticity or fraying. However these new ones are not of the same cut, the material is thinner, very poor stretch and the elasticity in the waist is virtually non existent. Constantly having to pull them up. Sadly i opened all 3 packets before trying on a pair so cannot return.

I usually hate cotton britches, but i was in need of a proper cotton undie but with elastic so they fit (love vpl but not always what is required!) These are a nice fit, found to be true to size and washed well. Not alot more to say about britches, but all ok!
