Preparation Instructions: As size and thickness of fish may vary, please note that larger, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.

Pan fry- Remove all packaging, heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a frying pan until hot. Place fish in pan, fry over a medium heat, turning once for 6-7 mins on each side. Remove fish from pan and place on warm plate. Add butter to pan and melt gently, spoon melted butter over the fish and serve. Do not reheat
