2pk Deluxe Hungarian Goose Feather & Down Firm Pillows

This is my first experience purchasing pillows from Marks & Spencer, and I have to say I'm truly impressed with their incredible quality. It's like sleeping on a cloud!

The pillow was quite firm and high at first so it was a little uncomfortable for the first few nights, but it has flattened quite a bit and is very comfortable now. I sleep on my side and it's a good height for supporting my head and neck. I haven't had any feathers poke through and I'm very happy with these pillows.

Opted for firm feather pillows after reading reviews for medium feather. Initially a little firmer than I would like but after a couple of weeks, they have softened. Pleased with purchase.

Disappointed in lack of firmness. Pillow appears reasonably firm but in use it gives way and indentation is very apparent. Not minor indentation but quite deep. Does not support head and neck is compromised as a result.

These pillows are really excellent. So glad I purchased the firm ones, as they are not too firm, but slightly firmer than the medium ones. Even better with 40% off. Highly recommend for a good night’s sleep. 😴😴😴

Really like the goose feather pillows. A little more substantial than the duck. I get the firm as they always flatten down and not as firm as polyester.

I ordered these ‘firm’ pillows online because they were not available in-store within 50 miles of where I live. The trouble with terms like ‘firm’ or ‘soft’ is that they are subjective, so one needs to decide for oneself whether the item described fits your personal understanding or what is or is not firm or soft. To do that you need to open the packagings and feel them. It turns out that if you do that with pillows from M&S you cannot then return them for a refund if they don’t meet your expectations - even if, like me, all you did was open the package, give them a squeeze and decide that ‘firm’ = rock hard. For this reason I advise anyone reading this to do as I did and buy from one of the many competitors to M&S who recognise that to be happy with something as central to a good nights sleep as a pillow, you will need to inspect it properly without its packaging. I won’t be buying bedding from M&S in future.
