Only had the mattress for a few nights but so far very impressed. The quality is excellent and the mattress is quite firm, takes a little bit to get used to. Delivery was brilliant and on time and delivery men carried it upstairs for us. So far no regrets.

The quality of this luxury mattress is everything as outlines in the product description and feels great whilst helping get a great nights restful sleep. The fact that it is made of British wool and silk with 2500 springs gives an overall comfort it feels quality in every aspect . The finish and design with handles on the sides makes it easy for turning / rotating from head to foot. It is an excellent buy at affordable pricing to match Marks and Spencer quality and had great customer service with any queries prior to buying.

So Disappointed
My son wanted to purchase this mattress as a replacement for his one year old original mattress to alleviate back pain. However, two days after ordering and before this mattress had been delivered it had been reduced by £200. As a loyal customer I did email M&S to record my disappointment but my email has gone unacknowledged. Such a shame as I have been now been put off from purchasing any other full priced items.

I was initially hesitant to order the mattress without having seen it beforehand, but I needn't have been concerned. The mattress is truly wonderful, and both my husband and I are sleeping soundly. It is exceptionally comfortable, and we are no longer experiencing any aches or pains. Furthermore, acquiring it during the Marks and Spencer sale was an added benefit.

Couldn’t believe the quality of this mattress premium material and stitching, it looks easily double the price I’ve paid, very pleased as per some other reviews I have found it firm but used a topper I think the firmness is due to its newness and it will get softer in time I’m sure this will last for years to come. The delivery time was also a surprise i purchased immediately received notification to choose a delivery date and time slot all from about three days from beginning to end a smooth and efficient process

The mattress is described as medium but to myself and partner it feels very firm, not much bounce, hence we have just ordered a mattress topper, time will tell. We went by previous reviews which were all good, maybe it’s because we have not had a sprung mattress for a while.

Mattresses are always a bit of a gamble and you tend to get what you pay for. I've had a lot of back surgery over the years so mattresses are something I have to get right, and I certainly got it right with this one. High end for comfort. Amazingly supportive in every way I needed it to be. Medium firm but so supportive and comfortable. I converted to pocket sprung after my first operation and have spent a lot of money over the years to make sure I got the right one. This one met all my expectations and more. Sumptuous and luxurious but also supremely comfortable and gives my back the perfect level of support. It's hard to find one as good as this but I will definitely be buying from M&S again in future.
