Not a great experience
The coat is excellent fit and quality. It is extremely warm and waterproof, which has certainly been tested in the recent downpours we have experienced. However, I give this one star as I returned this coat for another size on 29 September and am still awaiting my refund of £112. I have had an email stating the reasons Dear Customer, We wanted to update you on the progress of your recent return. It’s currently being processed by our warehouse, but this is taking longer than usual. Don’t think that it’s my problem if you have issues with your warehouse that should mean that there is a delay in a delay in my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable on any level.

I wanted a warm waterproof coat for the colder weather. This coat fulfills all expectations. It fits to size, has a good hood and good pockets. It is a nice colour navy and seems very well made.

Perfect waterproof warm coat ready for winter.
This coat is a nice length on me and I’m 5ft 8. My normal size fitted well and it feels like it will be lovely and warm and love the fact that it’s waterproof. Have not worn out as yet as it’s for the winter months. Good to be ready for when the wet/cold weather comes.
