Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I sent these flowers as a gift and filled in the gift card which was attached, but the recipient had no idea who they were from. It seems a bit crazy to me that Marks & Spencer‘s are now asking me to review Flowers which I sent as a gift. Obviously, I haven’t seen them as I sent them to somebody who lives a long way away from me. I’m hoping that they were nice. The recipient was happy with them once she found out who they were from.
