Difficulty purchasing.
Patricia is wearing these jeans for the first time today. Finding trousers for ladies, which fit, is very hit and miss. I have had to resort to buying a pair of men's jeans where we have an inside leg and a waist measurement, I hope these Fat Face ladies jeans work well. The difference between short and regular is very little.

Dark or pale denim lottery
The colour of jeans in the website photo is wrong. I wanted this dark colour but was sent pale. I couldn't find an email address for customer services - it seems to be a state secret- so I didn't notify you. I was very disappointed at having my time wasted.

Not long enough
Regular size was too short and no long in stock to replace it. There seems to be the fashion for jeans that just graze the top of your shoe. Not for me
