Expected shirt to arrive in factory package but only in a polythene M&S bag. Shirt had obviously been handled but I had to wear it as it was for a wedding and I needed it immediately. Small hole in fabric to top it all and although the collar size was exact, I expected the ‘tailored’ fit to be more snug but thought it was far to big. I did actually purchase a slim fit shirt that went through the entire payment process and collection date but was then informed by M&S that it was out of stock. I will never bother again, I’ve had poor quality clothing previously and this just tops my opinion. Very disappointed and let down.

Quality shirts, and should be at £45 each, but really disappointed with the fit. I assumed tailored covered a fit between regular and slim fit, but these shirts are no different to a regular fit. Loose and shapeless, I will spend my money elsewhere on tailored shirts in the future.
