The grapes were sourced from from high quality vineyards and blended to create a finely balanced wine that was matured in French oak to integrate the flavours and add subtle spicy depths. Using finely seasoned American oak barrels he ages the wines for 24 months and then a further year in bottle to produce this complex yet mellow red.
