Party Pat 28-10-2022 11:11 Idiotic Packaging Lovely dress but arrived scrunched into a small package therefore horribly creased. Steaming made no difference. Each chiffon tier had to be individually pressed. Took ages. Would have returned it but needed to wear it too soon after arrival. Totally thoughtless on part of M&S - it needed a box and tissue paper. Beware.
