Rose & Lisianthus Gift Bag

I bought these flowers online for a friend who is looking after her sick husband. She sent me a text saying she was thrilled with them and then emailed me a photo. It’s a pity I cannot include it with this review as they looked just as good as the above picture.

my wife birthday flowers arrived on the day.. only to find when opening the box they came in? that the flowers were already wilting and died in a couple days? .I bought flowers in the past with no problems with MS/ needless to say I shall be looking for my birthday and xmas flowers ? some where else sorry to say......gwilkes..

Chose something to cheer up a lady in a hospital bed. the flowers were such a success that they have been admired by many on the ward and also a talking/connection to others. Well done, we shall use your service again, it was so prompt and the flowers were very fresh

These flowers were for a sad occasion to cheer up her daughter. I wrote a message and sender details but for some reason the only words printed were To Sue so on the day of the funeral they arrived with no sender details!! Flowers tho were very well received but she didn't know who they were from until I asked if they'd arrived!! Perhaps whoever made flowers up should have realised that message was incomplete!!

These flowers were sent as a birthday present, and whilst delivery was very early in the morning, they did not cope with the very hot weather. One rose was dead on arrival, another had a broken stem, and after two days they had all wilted. We did complain and to M&S's credit another box was immediately sent, and these are far better quality.

I sent these to a friend who had just come out of hospital. They arrived when stated - my friend was thrilled with them - she sent me a picture of them to show me how lovely they were Would highly recommend

I was a bit disappointed with this product - from the pictures on the website I had been expecting something a bit bigger. The flowers are pretty and the box comes with lovely quality ribbon handles but overall I can't say I would recommend.

I ordered this for a friend, but haven't actually seen it, but, my friend was thrilled with it and it arrived early the next morning after ordering - am impressed!

Came in in a panic with friends birthday the next day! It was delivered on time, friend absolutely delighted with it. Excellent service and delivery.

this is the second time I have bought this item as a gift for someone else. On both occasions I have been delighted and reported that the flowers and the packaging has been fantastic. So will definitely use again and probably try something different next time.

Receipient extremely pleased with gift. Still as fresh one week later. I am first time sender of M&S flowers for delivery. Great selection & flowers & were sent as described. Staff in store were helpful, delivery spot on & will happily order again.

The lady to whom these were sent was celebrating her 80th birthday. She loved them! The only problem was the fact that there didn't appeAr to be a card with them saying who they were from. She texted me after two days asking if I had sent them, having asked other friends too, which was quite embarrassing for her.

The flowers were lovely ,received on Friday but by Monday the Stocks had gone White & wilted. Had sent them because of the stocks & their perfume. Rest still fine. Disappointing .j
