I bought this as a top to pair with other items in my wardrobe either as a stand alone top or to layer with a toning knitted tank top for cooler weather. Bung a ribbed knit I went down a size as I know from experience ribbed fabric has more give in it due to its structure. I also purchased the same top in a different colour to mix and match on a short break holiday.

I am an hourglass shaped, 5ft 9, size 18. I also have broad shoulders. This top is a really good fit on my long body and doesn’t feel short as I hate that. It is very flattering and fits me perfectly. It is very difficult for me to get a top that fits so well, as baggy styles don’t suit me. Very good value, and better quality material than brands three times the price, sleeves a decent length too! Please make more tops like this M&S, and do a better range of cool toned colours as warmer toned clothing makes me look dead. I have had complimented on how this looks on me, so bonus points for that. Feels very comfy which is important to me.

I wasn’t sure at first as the tops ( one black and one khaki ) were very screwed up when they were delivered but when I tried them on they looked very nice. The material is actually ok after all.
