Personalised Kids Onesie (3-12 Yrs)

Very disappointing product & quality particularly of the sticking (which looks like a small child has completed)

Product is fine but delivery is the worst my wife and I have ever experienced. Absolute chaos.

Fantastic quality - the recipient was very happy to say the least.

I cannot recommend these onesie's if they are all of the quality and standard of the two I received. Where the template for the initials had been placed there was an square outline on the fabric, I did manage to reduce this by gently rubbing the material, but it was still visible. There were no Marks & Spencer labels inside the garment, just a white tag showing 11/12 yrs, also no product care instructions. The two onesie's looked as though I had picked them up at a cheap wholesalers. I was so surprised at the lack of quality conrol by M&S. I emailed customer services to complain and I had a very generic reply.

Nephew suffers from eczema and cannot tolerate wool, polyester or mixed fibres. Only cotton which can be expensive. This onesie is perfect and is comparatively reasonably priced.

This item arrived with Incorrect lettering. There is no way of returning it without having to go to the store. Very disappointed
