Poor returns process - still await refund
No, I don't recommend this
Poor returns process. I returned this item at the same time returning other items in separate parcel. I’ve had refund for other item but not this dress. Order 2 dress different sizes, no refund for either. M&S need to refine their returns process asap. Won’t be ordering on line again.
