Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Was very disappointed when I saw what my mother in law received. Very small vase and bouquet was not a bouquet just a small bunch. I expected much more for the price. Luckily we added a bottle with it

Flowers were not the best, have had better from M&S. Didn't find greeting card until box was recycled about three weeks later, which was disappointing - it was right at the bottom underneath all of the packaging.

Nice to have a vase with the bouquet, but the little bit of water that the flowers were in had splashed out into the box which was a shame. Not sure if the delivery firm had handled the box a bit rough, but the packaging was intact on the outside.. My Mam loved the arrangement and as we have a long back garden she has used the vase multiple times with different flowers and shrub stems.

I've never had an issue with ordering flowers from M&S before however when the flowers arrived they were dry and appeared quite sad. After putting in water they didn't improve over the next couple of days and didn't look anything like the image on the website. Really disappointing especially when considering this was a Mother's Day present
