Good support . Sports style means no strap slip. Im a 14,but buy xxl as find bsnding can be very tight and uncomfortable around rib cage if in normal size 14 or medium . I dont find the oversize reduces support.just more comfy overall.

I bought this for support for physio after heart surgery. Fairly comfortable, soft fabric. Medium support but band folds/rolls and doesn't stay flat. Don't think I would buy another one if I wanted to it regularly

These are perfect for gentle activities - I even wear when not exercising on occasions when I'm looking for comfort. I've four in total now. I size down as I find it offers more support for my chest. I'm an E cup size.

At last I've found the perfect sports bra! Fits really well offers a good medium support yet is really very comfortable. Most helpfully, it doesn't contain any of those cup inserts that get lost in the wash and are annoying to put back in. The bra washes well too. Possibly not the best for running, but perfect for anything else. I'm really pleased with this purchase and I now have 2 of them

Nice colour. (Pinky) lovely fabric. Very comfortable. I am a 34G so really shouldn’t wear crop tops as sports bra (high impact) but I like the style and actually this gives really good support. Very happy.
