Clean ingredients - Ok performance - best among clean products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a liquid eyeliner with clean ingredients. It is so hard to find a products without Black 2 and phenoxyethanol. Even those advertised as clean often contain one of these two if not both ingredients. I was able to find four after extensive search. Among these four, BareMineral Maximist has the best performance. The color is intense, but usually I can’t draw the line with one stroke. The ink will fade after 2/3 of the line is drawn. It’s also a little flaky at the end of the day. I have used other liquid eyeliners that performed better, but they aren’t clean. So I’ll keep purchasing.

I put this on went to my vehicle and it was misting rain not a hard rain looked in the mirror and looked like a racoon. I had the black eyeliner running all over the place. When I got home I put a thin single line on my hand let it dry for 30 minutes put a drop of water on it and it started running almost instantly. So it's not waterproof like the description says. It also takes a while to dry
