I microwaved a portion and added ice cream or cream and found it moorish. I do have a very sweet tooth. I would certainly buy it again.

Overly sweet - a change of recipe?
No, I don't recommend this
I’m not sure if the recipe has changed this year? As a coeliac, this Yule log was always a real treat and enjoyed by my non GF family, however, this year it was very different. It was so sweet it was to the point of being sickly and even the thinnest of slices was overpowering with sugar.
