This product makes taking my makeup off a dream! My skin feels so soft and refreshed afterward and you only need a small amount to take a full face of makeup off.

I use another gel balm from Trinny London with no problem. I followed the instructions but my makeup remained in place. It didn't seem to melt on my skin and I didn't want to rub. It was a waste of money. I do however still love the Clinique Rinse Off Foaming Cleanser and the Naturally Gentle Eye Makeup Remover remains my absolute favourite. The balm went into the bin

For me, this is a game changer! A little goes a long way and regardless the amount of make-up I'm wearing, it just melts off. The silky smooth texture makes me excited to take my make-up off at the end of the day. It's no longer a chore. My skin not only feels clean after but also well looked after. There's no more redness and irritation from trying to remove my make-up with cotton wool/wipes. Overall my skin is just a lot happier with it!

So happy with this product and happy that it was recommended to me from one of the very helpful online consultants. The first cleanser I've ever purchased that takes my makeup off in the least amount of time, with the least amount of effort and the least amount of product. Feels lovely on my skin. Really compliments the take the day off eye and lip makeup remover.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I was so excited to purchase it! Unfortunately, this product does not live up to the hype. First of all, it does not budge mascara - I ended up rubbing my eyes, almost pulling my eyelids, and nothing. My previous balm, which costed less than £10 did a much better job. Second of all, it left my eyes all cloudy, with a greasy film on my eyeballs, which wouldn't go away for a very long time. My eyes were very crusty in the morning, which never happened before. It does not feel luxurious- more like rubbing lard in my face.... This is my first Clinique product to leave me this disappointed! I wish I had purchased a trial size, as I'm now stuck with a massive tube that I can't even give away due to the Covid....

I like this product, it removes makeup well, but it can leave your face feeling a little greasy. Once I've used it to remove my makeup I either need to wash my face or remove the balm with cotton wool. And I have dry skin.

Start using it and next day seen my skin is staying very dry, couldn't understand why, because didn't change anything in my routine. OK, was still using this cleansing balsam, after on top of dry skin it stayed red... OK still didn't understand why... after day decide it could be this product, so stop using it and next day was back to normal. So relieved

I don't wear a lot of make up but I do wear heavy duty! Waterproof mascaras, lipsticks/stains that could survive a nuclear blast and quite thick foundations. I've tried all of the big brand (big price tags too) removers but I shall look no further! This balm is effortless to use, rub it on dry skin with your fingers and wash it off - simple as that! It removed every trace of everything including magnetic eyeliner which usually requires a scourer! Leaves your skin so soft and refreshed too, I wouldn't have needed to then moisturise if I didn't want to!

Very disappointed in this, the product left my eyes blurry and irritated and after a few days use my eyelids were chaffed and dry. Not cheap so major letdown.

I love this product, it's a very gentle and quick way to remove makeup without dragging my skin and does not leave it feeling dry.

This product is amazing. I have acne prone dry skin. Since I sing this balm the dryness has gone and my spots have reduced. My skin feels clean and soft. It's so easy to use, I massage onto dry skin and wipe away with a damp flannel. It even removes eye makeup up. I cannot recommend this enough.

This balm is really good at getting a full day of make up off! Including lipstick & mascara! Doesn't make my oily skin feel any oiler either & haven't noticed any breakouts from using.

I have pale sensitive skin prone to dryness and also suffer with hormonal acne on my chin. I have tried numerous cleansing products to try and help my skin and over the years have possibly ended up damaging it instead. I now go for fragrance free that contain a lot less irritants and I am finding my skin is getting a lot better, people with acne always try to dry out the acne but I found that drying out my skin actually made it worse. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before leaving a review so here it goes. This cleanser is absolutely brilliant, after first use my skin looked clean and felt calm, it didn't aggravate my face, it didn't feel tight and dry. after a couple of weeks of use the patches on my cheeks dry have cleared up, I have noticed a reduction in size of the spots I had on my chin and I have not been getting the painful hard spots I was getting before, which in turn is allowing my chin to heal, blemishes also seem to be fading faster. This cleanser is reasonably priced, the pot is quite large, a little product goes along way, I use a pea size amount and it cleanses my entire face, the product goes onto dry skin and it glides all over, if you could massage silk into your face then I think this is what t would feel like. As a previous reviewer mentioned getting the product out of the pot can be a little tricky, it's a solid waxy consistency to start with so I purchased a stainless steel product dispenser from face theory and it works a treat, not only is this more hygienic but as there is no heat in a stainless steel spatula the product does not start melting straight away. Once the product melts on your skin it turns into an oil like texture but as soon as water touches it then changes into a milky cleanser, it is beautiful If you have been looking at this cleanser wondering whether you should buy it or not and trawling through all of the reviews to see what others have said than wait no longer just go for it, I doubt you will be disappointed
