Leather Derby Heritage Shoes

Bought the shoes for comfort as I do a lot of walking

I bought these as smart casual work shoes as they will go with any trousers or jeans.

Bought for my husband who is quite rough with his shoes

Good leather upper, stout sole. Only minor complaint is that they could do with longer laces! This has been the case for all the M&S shoes I have bought, not just this pair. Otherwise, very pleased with them.

Sturdy, chunky and great for my job which involves a lot of walking around. Good price for the quality too.

These are a repeat buy and serve a specific purpose: on about eight Saturdays a year (and sometimes other days) when I perform as an amateur musician, I need smart, neutral-style black shoes for the walk out to take my place in the concert line-up. This is where I don't need bling, I don't need metal buckles, I don't need hardened soles which clackety-clack on parquet floors, and I certainly don't need elasticated side panels with 'odd' colours in my shoes. The Derby Heritage style from M&S is absolutely perfect, is very comfortable, and I hope they stay available for many years.

The shoes were ordered for my husband and he is very pleased with them. Very smart looking and a good addition to his footwear cupboard.

They are very good shoes. But the heel side really hurts (I don't know if its only for me) but if you buy heel pad, they help a lot. So, maybe improve the heel side design. Otherwise, very nice and strong shoes.

I wanted a solid shoe that would be suitable for winter use with slippery pavements. Also one that was smart enough to go to dinner parties and the like. This shoe fits the bill perfectly and is also comfortable and cushioned enough for walking around town for several miles. Great value indeed and wearing it frequently

The shoes are very nice to look at, I tried them on in store in my size (9) very difficult to put on so I ordered the 9.5 online, I did manage to get them on with a shoe horn but they are very uncomfortable and snug, they are still new so hopefully they will bed in after a bit of wear, but at the moment I’m not enjoying them

Very happy with these shoes but was disappointed that at the price of them I thought they would have been in a box as for a present

Shoes disappointed they gave me blisters on both heels. Only worn for a couple of hours for the first time. The heels were so hard never had shoes that have given me blisters before.
