As a size 8 on top, and size 8 or 10 on bottom, I bought size S. Nice, comfy material, nice design, adjustable straps are good, but unfortunately just too short for me (I'm 5ft 6in). Barely covered my behind and it would be rolled up to my waist in no time if I were to wear it to bed. Probably fine if you have a straighter figure, but the length doesn't allow for a more rounded/full behind at my height/size.
