I wear fingerless gloves every winter, they are definitely effective in keeping out the cold! These are longer than the ones I have bought before, more like wrist warmers - but very soft and warm.

Large fitting
Very big and baggy and long. The section that covers the hands goes too far over my hand with only my finger tips peeping and they’re loose. Worn them now so got to keep them.
